Order conditions

To store in our online store, you will create a personal account. When you log in to your personal account, the prices become visible. With your personal account you also do not have to fill in your personal data every time, you can easily review previous orders and easily order again.

If you want to order a product, place it in your shopping cart. You can make changes and add or remove products in the shopping cart overview if you wish. Have you finished shopping? Then you can proceed to payment. We work with the reliable payment options of iDeal and credit card.

All packages are shipped with PostNL. PostNL delivers on all days (except Sundays and holidays and depending on your delivery address on Mondays). Please check your package carefully upon delivery. Always have visible damage to the shipping box noted to the carrier. Otherwise it is not possible to claim shipping damage afterwards.

We ship all orders placed before 5 p.m. the same day. If you place your order after 5 p.m., we will ship your order the next day. Delivery is made Monday through Saturday.

Shipping costs in the Netherlands are free for orders from € 25,-. For orders in the Netherlands under €25, shipping costs are €6.75.

Shipping costs in Belgium are free for orders over €50. For orders in Belgium under €50, shipping costs are €9.

Any products ordered can be returned within 14 days. Please contact us via email to report returns. A consumable (such as shampoo, wax, etc.) can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and the contents unused. A tool (clippers, scissors, etc.) can only be returned if the product is unused or damaged, in its original packaging. The cost of returning the product is at your own expense. Once the returned products have been received and processed by Larafix B.V., the return amount will be refunded to your account.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange products. You can return any products you do not like. If we have received the returns in accordance with these conditions, we will refund the amount of the items to your account where you placed the order. You can then order a new product of your choice in our webshop.

We provide a 1-year warranty on all electrical appliances. If an item should break down within the warranty period (provided the product is used normally), please contact our customer service immediately at info@staging.larafix.nl. We will contact you within 3 working days about the further procedure.

Do you have a complaint about the services or products of Larafix B.V.? Then we request that you report this complaint via email info@staging.larafix.nl to our customer service department. Our customer service will contact you within 3 working days about the further procedure.
